Do you remember this tv show?

Does anyone remember a childrens/teen television show that aired in
the early to mid 2000's where a bunch of teenage students went to a
music highschool? It wasn't a cartoon though. They would go about
their business and sometimes break down into singing and dancing.

I remember one scene where there was an arranged marriage with two
Indian's and they had a bright colourful wedding, with elephants! and
of course, they broke down into singing and dancing. I think one of
the characters were named Kelvin or Kalvin, i'm not sure if that was
his real name or character's name.

I'm pretty sure it was not aired by Nickelodeon or Disney. It was more
of a UK/Canadian show.
